Default Excessive Smokes and Exhaust popping.

Ok guys, a two days ago my truck was producing adnormal smoke amounts out of the exhaust and i thought it was a pluuged air filter so I replaced it well that was not my problem. Now as of today my truck is smoking in idle, acceleration and cruising speads. more in acceleration its more of a haze. and its black, no white, bo blue and it smells like diesel it aslo pops out of the exhust almost sounds like a cherry bombed V8. But I have no codes, I got it checked with a Varus OBDII. Ive checked connections, intercooler boots, pulled the batteries which are the really expensive gel batteries and are only a year old fuses. Is there something I over looked? I have yet to check my intake valves im waiting for the truck to cool off and it to quite raining. But its runs ok I can hear a deaper tone to the engine than normal. My fuel PSI is 20 PSI at idle and 12 when I gun it, my boost is good and normal. and accleraion seems normal... Im kinda dumbfounded. so any help would be appreciated. This is my one and only vehicle that I own. and I dont have money for a 1000 dollar repair. also for notes the VP44 was replaced at 160K and the truck now has 235K and has never been ran very long with a weak LP.

Injector sticking open....Check your oil and see if you can smell diesel fuel in there, also see if you have gained oil.

Have you changed your fuel filter lately?

yes I changed it 3K ago I have yet to check my oil decided to blow of some steam. My oil smells like oil and I have not gained any. Im kinda convinced its an injector, or I had a valve back way off but doesnt make since it would do it now since I did that over 15K ago in december. But If its an injector I dont know which one it is? or if craking the lines will work like on the 12 valves?

Well I pulled my fuel filter out and checked it its clean, I think I have an injector mess up. Because at idle it smokes, and it just gets worse the longer it runs, and when I go to accelerate it smokes like a freight train. What is a good way to test these for stiction and if cleaning them doesnt work what is a good replacement injector. Im not goona be able to afford all six if I could I would buy RV275 but school commin back up and I cant afford 500 in injectors, and I have to go to gallup NM in a week..

are these legit injectors??

An easier way to check is to get a temp gun and aim it at the exhaust manifold and see which one(s) are reading higher or lower in temps. Other than that pull them and have them POP/flow tested. Those injectors look to be legit, I am not sure what new replacements go for but they look okay.

It is hard to tell on those injectors. They maybe 100% legit, it is hard to tell on eBay sometimes. I would chat with the seller and see if he has any knowledge on our trucks. That can help you determine whether or not to purchase them. Other than that I can't help you out much more.

I will, im sure its an injector because when she smokes its in puffs not constant like every single injector is doing it, and I still need to find my temp gun but got the valve cover off and checked lash its good, and while I had it off decided to paint the cover. but my injctors should be in tomarrow and im will have it done by saturday.. hopefully quickly. I herd there is a trick that you dont have to pull the fuel lines off to pull the crossover tubes out dunno its true but its proably a time saver to just pull the lines..

There maybe be such a trick, I haven't heard of it. I would just do it the correct way that way everything comes off and goes back on like it should. Bent lines are no good...
