I have a 96 Dodge 12 valve with 213K miles and minor mods (cold air, straight TB exhaust) 5 sp. I'm looking to improve milage and towing (6K pound trailer). It runs well with no load on, but has lost some power when towing (especially ... JOIN NOW TO REMOVE TRACER

Need some advice
I have a 96 Dodge 12 valve with 213K miles and minor mods (cold air, straight TB exhaust) 5 sp. I'm looking to improve milage and towing (6K pound trailer). It runs well with no load on, but has lost some power when towing (especially uphill!). Do I rebuild first or add some more mods and if add ons, what? I live at 9000' in Colorado, but travel all over. Give some ideas. Thanx for any help.
