Hello;
I'm new to this site and diesels, i'm from bc. I've appreciated diesels for a while, but couldn't afford them. My brother just bought a 96 dodge 1 ton dually. That he uses to haul my car to the races. the truck has a bd exh.brake but is basically stock. It was tweaked by a local guy, pierce and it did a 16.8 in the 1/4 . Love it for going up the mountains and half the cost of gas. And through some luck a business offered to give me a motor to race as long as goes at least 10 sec in the 1/4 mile and is different. It'll be a 12valve cummings in a 60 saratoga. So I'm trying to figure out all i might need to do. And learn more about diesel performance.

Should be a fun project. How do you plan on fitting the engine so the pan doesn't scrape the ground?
