welcome to the site bro

#6 was prolly being starved of fuel for awhile with the bad injector, the fuel also is a lubricator for the piston so that didnt help at all

please fill out yer signature under user CP so everyone know full details of yer thruck, this helps alot for diognostic purposes

Sorry to hear about your truck. Without additional info however, it will be difficult to assess the situation.

I had the same thing on my 05 and it was because of bad fuel, bad injector(which dealer knew about and did not want to fix at the time), and Banks kit. Got a complete long block under warrenty and been good ever since. fill out your sig too so we know a little bit more about your truck. Just make sure when they do your motor they give you all new injectors and do not replace just the one they tried that on mine but i caught it in time so they replaced them with all new ones too.
