I love my '07 2500 Dodge Ram Bighorn and wanted to have a place to go to ask questions. Recently had to have my truck towed to a dealer in Arizona while on vacation. Everyone in the Sedona RV park were shooting us dirty looks as the flatbad tow rig noisily winched my baby up on its backside, completely disrupting the quiet tranquility of their peaceful afternoon. Turned out to be a faulty computer module that they recommended replacing. Couldn't wait an extra week for the part to arrive so I settled for a reset and everythings just been peachy since. Now to the embarrasing part..... I used a diesel fuel additive a day and a half prior and may have added more than the recommended ounces per gallons of fuel.
Did I potentially bring that on myself??? (After consulting my owners manual, the light that came on was the emmisions icon.) With as series of key turns could I have reset my disabled vehicle myself? Just wondering. - |
