I'm in for "E"... Here are the pics... The story behind the lights goes like this...

Steph and I had just gotten married and were on the honeymoon in Steamboat, CO. We got married in December and got back just before X-mas. All our wonderful friends (never found out if Jason was in on it or not) decided to come "decorate" the house for us since we would not have time. Well apperantly the egg-nog was flowing freely because the decided that anyone could just hang lights... But real friends would make it almost impossible for you to get to your front door after spending 26 hours in differnt airplanes and airports (flights got messed up), They even decorated the trailer in my front yard... I know the neihbors think we are crazy!!!

well I guess I'll go for D Alex,

this is a true story, back in the winter of 2003 it was my first year for snow plowing with my own truck and my own subcontractors, all fall and winter I was getting pumped and no snow, nothing by thanksgiving and nothing by the 14th of December so on the 20th I was laying in bed and I said a little prayer and also told god that if I got a good snow I wouldn't ask for anything else til after the new year.... well I woke up on Christmas morning to find 8" of the fluffiest snow I have ever seen and more coming down by the minute, so I call the guys and we all meet up at my house and from that point on for the rest of the storm was nothing but a laugh after another, I was in my 78 ford bronco, my buddy was in his new 2003 ram 2500 and m other sub was in a beat pile 75 chevy k20, heres a pic of me and my buddys trucks so ya know I aint bsin

so it is about 9am and we head out, pretty simple, do 9 taco bells, one factory and a couple small commercial lots, we start off and get about a hour into our routes and then I get the first weird call over the CB, Nate I am not lying to you but I think there is someone buried in this snow pile, I didn't hit anyone but there is a pair of boots and jeans sticking out of the snow and it don't move when I kick it......... of course I think the worse and tell him to call the police and I start heading there... I get there right as the cops do and the officer (a rookie at that) looks at me and says "man I get queasy real easy can you go look at it for me real quick?" I said sure and go over and give the boot a swift kick and off it comes to reveal the jeans are stuffed with straw...... somehow a Halloween scarecrow decoration got in the snow and my driver plowed it into the pile, we all had a good chuckle and coffee and got back to work, everything was gong good and it was about noon now and I was done with the one small lot I was doing so I was sitting watching my shoveler run a blower and get snow off the walks and touch up and all of a sudden he starts break dancing and then falls down in the snow, I walked over to him and discovered a extension cord wrapped up in the snowblower and Jeremy said "damn man what a sensation that was", so we get him loaded in the truck and the blower loaded up and off we go, nothing damaged besides his pride, so we head out and rondevou with the other two and decide to go to lunch, while inside we are watching the 2 plow trucks work the restraunts lot clearing it and right as the waitress brings us our food there was a large crash of the two plow trucks ass-ending each other, pure hilarity.... we eat and then are on our way, I decide to stop and do a group of 3 driveways that are along the way so I back up to the garage at the 1st house no problem one driveway cleared, the second house once again no problem, the 3rd house had the garage door open so I figured I would back into the empty garage and get all the snow.....that worked fine until my cb antenna cought the Christmas lights on the gutter and tore down the lights and brought Santa with him right on to the hood of my truck so we casually toss Santa back on the roof and hang the lights up the best we could and went off to the next job, nothing real exciting besides Jeremy break dancing again while running the snow blower ol. horay this was the last job for the day it was about midnight, Jeremy is starting to get wary of running the snowblower so I get my brother to do it, no big deal after all he received more shocks then a Texas death row inmate and this is the last lot a big one about 5 acres or so, I get into my groove and start working it when all of a sudden3 of the 5 semi trucks in the parking lot just magically start up and headlights come on, nobody inside and nobody in the lot, no fresh tracks nothing, this freaks the living crap out of me so I drive out of the lot and find my helper and tell him to come look at this, by the time I made it back the trucks had shut off completely and my brother looks at me like I am nuts so I park in front of them and he grabs a shovel to scoop out the snow from in between them so there isn't a pile when they leave, about 20 minutes goes by when all of a sudden they start up again and scares the crap out of him, he bolts across the parking lot, jumps on the hood of my bronco and starts screaming andelay andelay! get the hell out of here so I freak out and take off plowing over snow drifts and piles with my little brother on the hood of that bronco hanging on for dear life.... after that we all were done and called it a night..... sooooo that is how I spent my Christmas in 2003

I just got the Dodge this year, so that's my old F-250 in the drive.

I'm waiting for some one to post a picture of their Christmas lights...with kids playing in the front yard in the middle of summer

I guess I'm in for group F. - please.

No lights on the house this year. Just candles in the windows.

One of my neighbors has their lights up already. They've been up for almost three weeks now.

I do that just 'cause spending 2 days putting up lights in the snow isn't much fun. I just don't turn them on until the day after Turkey day. That way I don't have to take them down till March when the snow melts

Oh yea...DB SPONSORS ROCK!
