Default Gauges gone wild

I guess the main reason I would like the gauges is simply that I do not have any and I am concerned about not being able to monitor the performance of my truck after the addtion of my mods. I also starting using an additive that I would like to monitor EGT when towing to document changes and post them for all to see. How about not just pictures, but also some usable data for others as well? -

I am not entering the contest, but I just installed a set of these gauges, and the A pillar pod I won here on the DB, they are really sharp looking gauges if you want to see what they look like, see here>>> Dipricol Optix Gauge Install

I think whoever wins these will really like them.

Thanks DM, and Diesel Bombers Sponsors and Members! -

Well Hello....

Recently, I purchased some gauges from another forum. I got them from a member. I got them a week late then the day promised when i was suppose to get them. The gentlemen said they were 2 weeks old and they are great gauges! So we started installing them and he had a short in the wiring and fried my pryo gauge! The transmission gauge that is suppose to be new was old and ruined! I have called this guy multiple times and he wont warranty a thing! I started searching the net and i paid about 20 dollars more for used ones then what i could of paid for new! Ya i got screwed! so the only thing that works is my boost gauge and it isnt accurate! I can use the new gauges very bad because i want to get a chip but i wont run one until i get new gauges! i cant afford them at the moment because i want to purchase a chip and i have to renew my plates and insurance so cash is going to be tight! I wont even sell the old gauges because they are junk! I hope you guys can help me out!!

I am in desperate need!!

Thanks

Josh -

I would like to get these gauges to go in my replacement F350. My last F350 was hit by a Semi truck and the insurance totalled it. I had already added a gauge set, exhaust system (Dual 4"), intake system and power adder (quadzilla) to this 99 F350. The insurance company totalled my truck and of course did not want to give me anything for the added components. The good news is that noone got hurt in the truck accident, my daughter was in the back seat. She is the reason that I went looking for a truck with bucket seats, she bumped her head slightly. I was able to get enough from the insurance company to get me another F350 (with some of my own money) and I purchased my current 2001 Lariat LE with a 7.3 PSD. It's up to me now to add the add ons that I had on my 99, I had it just over 22 mpg with where it was at. My current truck is just over 18 MPG.

These things never come at a good time of course, and this was no exception. I had accepted a job in another state and was in the middle of a move out of state. With a house just purchased and my old home for sale, it has hampered my spending to get my new truck back to where my old truck was. I have done a couple of things , but nothing as major as adding gauges, exhaust or other high $ items. This gauge set would be a very welcome item to my new PSD and a HUGE HELP in getting my new truck back to where my old one was. We still miss the old truck, it was named BEAST, my wife's SUV is named BEAUTY. In the accident I was following my wife when this truck was just not stopping and she had no place to go, so I took the hit to keep her safe.

Thanks for the considerations. Really glad I found this site.

My ISSpro Pyro isn't reading right, but everything checks out, so that needs to be replaced, and my boost gauge only reads to 30lbs, which is worthless to me since I'm well over 40lbs. Plus my taxes are due...over $3k... -

I would be most pleased to win these guages for the simple fact that I am noesy and the fact that I haul around a 40' gn flat bed loaded with hay and straw and what ever else I can get on it that pays ;as well as a 24' stock trail. When I am not pulling them I just have a 3500 daily dually.(the insurance co. says it is too big for a daily driver HAHA; 70,000 miles sence 10/06). These guages would also be a nic addition to the exhuast and programer that are coming as soo as I decide which ones will do most of what I want -

Where to begin, not sure what to say. My honey "Badger" has a 2007 Dodge 3500 flat bed and it is our workhorse. It pulls the gooseneck more than not be it in the city all day or on the highway at night. This truck is still the way it came from factory because it is the 6.7 and it doesn't like change, very tempermental. I would really like to see some gauges go in this poor girl so that we know what is going on while pulling the gooseneck especially on the highway. It would be nice to see a potential problem starting before you end up dead out at a oil/gas site 5 or more hours away from the nearest major center and repairs. Is a very nice rig and I would like to see it remain that way as long as possible without major repair/towing bills.

I know that I would be very grateful for the gauge kit as I am sure everyone else would be, but please take me into consideration. Thank you.

Oh and I would love the chance to take some pics of this rig getting some mods. -
