its not as easy as to go by the mileage, some trucks don't make it as far as your truck in terms of mileage. check the flow rates of the injectors, keep a check on the oil level, and do regular maintenance. drive and enjoy

Ok, Thanks guys I bought the truck with 208k or 209k on it, so I haven't had it that long. So I'm not sure if they are still factory or not, is there any way to tell?

I don't think the FACTORY INJECTORS on an LB7 would last 209,000 miles

You can go to your local GM dealer and request them to do a VIN check, or you can check out some of the other DURAMAX only forums, they usually have a VIN check section, that will tell you what GM has done in regards to warranty work

agreed, most LB7 injectors wouldn't last till 200k miles, my GF's dad has had all his replaced under warranty once, and is now replacing one again, on his own dime, so he is only doing the one that is out of balance
