Default HELP - 2011 Silverado heater blower quit on me!!!

I'm working on my 2011 2500 HD Silverado

I went 8 miles to see a friend and when I switched on my A/C on the way back the fan went South on me. Totally! Dead on all speeds!!

So the next day we replaced the blower resister with an OEM GM/Bosch resistor and still no fan. I'm getting power to the resister, but none of the other contacts show power as I rotate the fan switch.

Naturally, I checked all the fuses, but can't check the 3 relays because I don't have a way to do so.

I've owned a couple thousand vehicles in my life and have never seen a blower fan go bad on all of it's speeds - speaking about the fan only. So I am assuming that it's not a fan problem, because it's not working on any of it's speeds.

What do you guys think about this? Is is possible/probable that the fan switch is bad?

Keep in mind that it's only showing power to ONE contact on the new resistor, no matter where the switch is turned.

OH - and does the plastic bezel around the heater controls and radio just pop off, or are there screws to remove first on these newer trucks?

HELP!!! And thanks too!
