Question HELP chevy silverado 3500 6.5

my truck accelerates on it own and it releases a ton of black smoke ive had the truck for 1 week and it just started doing this it does it even while i drive

That sounds like the symptoms of a ghost throttle condition. could have a cracked injector.

Pmd module buy a new one and relocate it

It sounds like a PMD. My truck was going down the road and it began to accelerate then idle and kept this up. A mechanic in town told me it was my fuel pump, but after reading spent 320 instead of 1600 and the PMD is easy to relocate and install. Truck runs fine now.
