Default A/C 1995 Chevy 3500 diesel

Maybe a coolant leak... bought 2 wks ago from chevy dealer... said vacuum check the night before we bought it. Dealer said A/C AOK.
Few hours ago, no A/C. Certainly will not take to Chevy Dealer to look at;
Suggestions of where to take it? I live in FL.
Really frustrated, I take responsibility for buying older truck but I dont like it when Dealer said "ac great shape, nothing wrong even ran a test before you took the keys"

You can't do a vacuum check unless the system is empty. The coolant is related to cooling the engine not the AC. You can go to a parts store and have a can of freon added. Just make sure your system is R134.

hey thanks for the response. I got everything taken care of at an A/C shop. It was two gears, they ran a dye looking for leaks...none and runs like a freezer. They also replaced filters and everything was MUCH less than the Dealer quote. The A/C shop said it was not the condenser or compressor and if the Dealer had fixed it for the quoted $600 it would have still not worked. Bought 6 new tires and off we went to the first part of adventure. Came back truck ran perfect, rained, no leaks anywhere in 5th wheel. Perfect! Loved it. We came home went again for 6 days. Got news! good and bad. Good, husband offered a job he cannot refuse so he excepted and starts May 1. Bad news my dream to see the west and take our time ended. Now after having the "rigs" we dont need. Have to sell both. Bummer. I will use Craigslist for the first time. Our neighbor offered us $8000 for the truck but now declined with fuel prices. SO I have a 1995 Chevy 3500 6.5 turbo, crew cab, 5th wheel ready, extra 150 fuel tank, 77K miles, new tires, cold A/C, fire engine red, not one scratch on her, for sale in Citrus County FL. Asking $7900 OBO
