Default dpf delete?

Hi sorry if this has already been covered but here goes. I have one of these wonderful problem trucks, bought it high mileage so there is no warranty issue. I live in Mass, we have emissions testing so there is a problem. I would like to here from anyone who has done a dpf delete, in state or out, and how did you make out. My system has been nothing but a problem since I got the truck and with a little inside info, it seems to have been it's whole life. I tried to work with GM they don't want to know me. I love everything about this truck except the dpf system ands it's associated problems and poor fuel economy. Also can any one in state offer me some information on stickering this truck if I was to go ahead and tune it out. Talk is efi live is the way to go. I'm not looking to hot rod the thing just make it a dependable truck. Hopee gain some mpg thanks

I dont believe efi live will support dpf deletes on the LML. MIght try bully dog. From every thing i have read is the there is no draw backs except the law. Reliability is improved, MPG tends to go up and no more DEF to refill.

You can delete the emissions equipment off of your LML duramax using EFILIVE. All you would need is either a DPF Delete pipe, or a down pipe exhaust. From there all you will need to do is unplug a few sensors and it's go time!

From my understanding, sometimes after flashing in the tune cruise control stops working all together. A reflash or full flash tends to fix it. Doesn't seem to be a big deal for the tuners

He is not likely wrong. This has been done many times. The stock intake flows plenty. I am of the opinion that most aftermarket intake company's, exaggerate the numbers otherwise they won't sell anything
