Default P0698, p0106, p2564, p2563, p0299, and p003A

Today after work I started my truck and let it idle for about 10 minutes the check engine light came on with P0698, p0106, p2564, p2563, p0299, and p003A codes. It's also in limp mode, won't rev past 2000 rpm, hesitates 5-10 seconds before shifting to second but won't shift past that. No smoke, no vibrations, no weird sounds. Please help! This is my daily driver and I need it fixed asap!

Well after checking other forums I found that a p06xx code is for the transmission so I unplugged the wiring harness from where it plugs in to the connector on the outside of the transmission and found that it was all covered in ATF. I sprayed it all off with electronics cleaner and noticed that it's seeping out round the pins in the connector. I'm gonna try to apply a super light coat of sealant around the pins with a q-tip or something similar and see if that does me any good. After I cleaned it and plugged it back in, I cleared the codes and it hasn't come on since and the truck got me 10 miles to work but I'm sure that it'll do it again if it's still leaking. Does anyone know where to get a new plug from? It's the one that is in the casing wall that connects the internal and external wiring harnesses on the rear of the transmission.
