Default Another possible injector issue?

Ok...

I posted last summer about a knock in the engine, and had 4 injectors changed out which seemed to fix the problem... I bought an edge CS to monitor my balance rates and i have been noticing that my injector rates seem to be all over the place. Some days they are within in range in both neutral and drive, and other days I get high, on the edge rates from injectors #3 and #5 (upwards towards the +4 and +6 limits in neutral and drive). This really stresses me out as I just had them changed not quite a year ago and for them to be bad already would suck!!

The truck sounds good, is getting quite decent mileage for city driving, it puffs black smoke a bit on acceleration (which is think is normal), no leaks that I can see, seems to have good power with the tune. etc.

Does anyone have any idea what the issure could be? I have read a number of posts saying it's the injectors, or the Fuel pressure regulator needs to be changed, it could be collapsed fuel lines, or i need a lift pump, put 2 stroke oil in the fuel...

So much information and great suggestions, I'm just not sure where to start, and many of these cost quite a bit of $$ to do, I just don't want to start throwing $$ at it without knowing I am atleast on the right track.

Thanks for any suggestions and insight in advance!!
