Default Green Fluid On Tranny Lines?

Ive got a 2005 Duramax and for some time now ive noticed a green fluid tricking down the 2 lines on the right side of my trans. It isnt coolant bc the coolant is orange. And it doesnt leave any drip marks after parking it, even after a few days. Its just always there. I have no idea what fluid i have that is green and where it might be coming from. Does anyone have any idea whats goin on? Thanks

I don't think anyone knows what to tell you. The only thing I can think of is a coolant leak, but that obviously isn't it since you said your coolant is orange. I guess I would smell the liquid, and then try to trace where it's coming from. That's about all I can tell you.

Thanks Guy, I was actually reading up on the new Powerstroke 6.7 bc someone I know wants to buy one.... one of the issues someone had with that engine was the A/C was leaking and the colored die they put in to detect leaks was green. Not sure if thats what it is or if its the same for GM but its worth looking at. Thanks again

That could be. Is your A/C running when you notice the green liquid on your tranny lines?
