Fuel pump relay and fuel demand LB7

Fuel pump relay and fuel demand LB7
I have a LB7 I am going to put a lift pump on with a high efficiency filter. I have the filter and base (napa 4770 base and 3674 filter).
I have wired the existing fuel pump relay (have but unused in single tank dmax) so that it will come on with the ignition switch. If any one would like to know how I did it let me know I took notes. That way all I need now is a pump.
I am thinking of using a walbro FRB-5. It is a flow through, fuel on demand, self priming, 45 GPH minimum flow, 8-11 psi pump. I know the truck at stock power level is < 20 GPH. What I don't know is how much extra it flows that returns to the tank.
Has any one used this pump before. Any info would be helpful. Thank you.
