Default 2003 duramax has a intermittent no start

hey everyone new on here deperately trying to find some answers. my problem began a month ago when my gf filled the truck up with gas. the fpr cut the fuel off so i dropped the tank an wiped it dry an have put twi fuel filters on it. about every 3 or 4 days i can drive it with no driveability problems. you can get in it the next day an will spin but no start. the fpr solenoid is constantly humming if i unplug it it will run but bad of course.it has done this several times. finally i loaded it up an took to a dealer . i left the fpr unplug so we could move it around. so the dealer plugs it up an it ran like a new one.i have a bullydog programmer on it but it has been on there for a few years. so i brought it home an gonna wait for it to do it again. it was setting a code 87 88 89 90 everytime this thing wont crank, the fpr is humming bad. i have no surge at idle with it either . anybody have any suggestions or no what may be wrong ?????????????? -

so you drove the truck till it died with gas in it? and it will run only when your commanding full psi from the cp3? -

Pull the Bullydog and start there

THEN check for fuel leak, like loosing prime. You did replace the fuel filter right? Make sure the bleeder screw is not leaking -

well my girlfriend was coming to the hunting land an stop to get diesel but she put gas in it.i have changed the fuel filter twice an no fuel leaks. i pulled the bullydog off of in it .it kinda a wait til it dont crank again.the guy at the gm place thinks it may be the fuel pressure regulator acting up. when it will not start the fpr is humming . -
