Default LB7 no start...help please!!

Hi fellow duramax owners,
got a problem with my lb7 not starting. a few weeks ago wife went to start my truck and it started and just stalled. I noticed a faint odor of like something electrical or electronics burning. I check fuses and found one fuse for the edm blown. I replaced the 25amp fuse and it started up but had no power. found out it was running on 4 cylinders. got the codes that problem with 2,3,5 and 8 injectors. I think it was the P0302, 03, 05, and 08 codes that popped up. i suspected the ficm and when I checked sure enough one of the large capacitors inside were burnt. Ordered a reman unit. installed it and tried and took a few more cranks than ususal to start but started. It was still running on 4 cylinders. check codes this time the P0202, 03, 05 and 08 codes came up as well as P2149. I ohmed the harness(main) and at the valve cover and they were within spec. then it stalled. now last time it started had to use ether. now with ether not starting I think batteries are low. but when I checked fuel pressure with scan tool I was getting 150 to 600 psi while cranking and 5000+ when running on 4 cylinders. cannot see commanded fuel pressure with my scanner. is there something else I need to check? how do I check injectors and cp3?

thanks in advance

I think I am gonna go with the injectors. Spoke to the original owner of truck and he said He doesn't remember replacing injectors. I said considering how much they cost He would have remembered. So I'm going in that direction. Gauge clusters not working to don't know how many miles on the original set of injectors but I'm sure its time to replace after 12 years right? My question now is can the injectors ohm out ok but still have bad return rates?
