It won't bleed down any more cracked the return line to see how much is being sent back to the tank and it's sending about 1 quart per 30seconds back. The rail pressure is 600-940 during cranking so now I'm trying to figure out which injector is defective. Anyone know how to check without plugging the rail one injector at a time?

you can pull the glow plugs and see which injector is hanging open while cranking with the injector fuse pulled. but double check your ground make sure you reconnected everything.

Towed it to a local diesel shop and plugged in their tech2 with nothing pulling up except max 200psi rail pressure. Decided to pull injectors after advisement that i should pull them by the shop. 12 hours later fixed.

Fixed it turns out Oreilly Autoparts injectors are junk. I believe it was a combination of a cracked injector and faulty remanufacturing of the BWD injectors. I was able to get a set of bosch NEW injectors and the kit to install them overnight'd from injectorsdirect.com they were easy to get a hold of and had the parts shipped within 2 hours of ordering.

Pulling apart the top end to get to the injectors I noticed third injector back on the drivers side didnt have fuel in the inlet side if the injector and there was 2 extra gallons in my oil pan when I dumped the oil. this didnt showup on the dipstick when I checked not sure why.
Highly recommend the injectors I found new which everyone keeps saying on these forums that they dont make new injectors.

If your reading this for Help with your injector install use only Bosch Injectors preferably new or reman. the local shop has a lot of problems with off brand injectors not meeting spec in their $500k injector testing machine. also half of the injectors I got from BWD had the factory solenoids on them and the other half had china soleniods.

Hope this helps someone else that is having the same issues and thanks to those that replied
