Default 2003 duramax

ok guys, got a 2003 LB7 with light blue colored smoke out of the exhaust on acceleration until it warms up (no smoke at idle) and if it sits at idle then you take off same smoke again.. it is also losing oil not making it.. injectors replaced 20k ago...My first diesel so I'm a newby at this.. I,m thinking possible turbo seals? any ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated...

probably a single bad injector. get your truck scanned and see if they can see one with contrbution rates that are off.

I have checked it and all injectors read in spec at idle... 1 or less... I will hook it back up and see if I see anything different.. A injector would make it burn or lose oil? Turbo seal would be out of the question?? I was told to take glow plugs out and check compression on the cylinders.? Kinda scratching my head on this because the whole DIESEL thing is new to me, but all and any information is appreciated..

Sounds like oil issues to me, does the smoke smell of raw fuel?
Like stated check balance rates cold, warm, in park, in drive, also find out what your rail pressure is found maybe its falling on its face.
Next thing to do is pull the I take horn (really a pita!!) and check the turbo for shaft play. You can also pull off the hose that comes off of the turbo to the intercooler and check for oil there, that's another sign.
Good luck and keep everyone posted on results so we can further help you
