Ok its been a while since I've posted anything all has been good with the truck but I started it yesterday around noon and everything was fine, I went out around midnight and tried to start it nothin, dead, no lights where left on no keys nothin was left on all doors were closed and everything just wouldn't start, turned over really slowly but never fired, I just tried to start it again and its just clicks no crank or nothin, checked and cleaned all my connections and still nothin, does anyone have any idea what could be draining my batteries? Idk what it is any help would be greatly appreciated

Do you have a dvom with a amp clamp? That's the easiest way, but you could use fused lead with a dvom or a headlight. Let me know what resources you have and I'll try to post some how to info and a video link or two

Do you have a volt meter capable of 10 amps?

Sometimes it is a simple as 1 battery going bad and killing the other battery.

Get the batteries load tested separately.

Always replace them in pairs if that is the case and recharge and keep the good battery for another vehicle.

Most parts places will test them for free but make sure they are disconnected from each other when tested.

If they are fully charged and fail-you may not have a choice.

Some recycle places or wrecking yards keep good used batteries to sell cheap that might get you by for a while.

I was going off the assumption the o/p had ruled out a battery issue or charging issue due to the manner in which the question was posted. My replies are only in relation to parasitic draw testing. If the batteries and charging system have not been load tested and proven good then parasitic draw testing is very premature.
If the batteries have or are failing, afford them or not you have to find a set.
That behind us if you have a parasitic draw I think you'll likely either need to
A: buy a voltmeter
B: buy a headlight (old entire housing lights)
C: pay a shop an hour or two to diagnose
