He told me they were changing shippers that day, and that it would go out the end of last week UPS. Said he was attaching my email to the UPS tracking setup so I would get the email with the tracking info. Just to give you guys an idea here we have sold 15 shirts since 7am this morning , brian has switched to using 100% UPS shipping because he has sent orders 2 and 3 times iove seen them in his shop , some people want to send back the xtra shirts and other never say a word. with UPS we will be protected from the "Wheres My Stuff" and "We have already Sent it out" , run around.
There will be a restructure sometime early next year we will be changing merchant account set up and the cost will go up to absorb the additional cost for UPS shipping right now we are lucky to break even , we lost $$ the first 2 months and shipped over 100 orders. I ask that you relax unless you paid pay pal you are not charged until the item ships , we have about 10 orders that the credit cards were declined or wrong as well and them guys are still wonder where there stuff is too. if you curious about your order email brian.nash@nashimaging.com Thank You |
