That's well past the half way mark so at least he's on the down hill side a the trip. Now he gets to fight the weather though.

I grew up in Va and miss it. But so far, from what little I have seen of ND, I like it. Now it is just a matter of dressing appropriately. Thanks for the well wishes and yes it was a long drive. Now I only have to do it 2 more times.

2 more times?
OUCH!!!

I feel for ya. I took the long way around last summer.

I left Memphis, stopped in Mobile on my way to Pensacola. Spent a couple of days at my sister's place, then drove to Spartanburg, SC to my other sister's place. Then I drove I-40 back across TN to Memphis and stayed home just long enough to re-pack the truck (one day) and headed off to an Air Show at Minot AFB. I spent 2 days there at the Air Show (I'm uploading photos to a new webhots album as I type) and headed over to Roseau, MN to visit with a friend before driving back to Memphis.
I sure was glad to get back home!

Oh yeah... I had just gone to Colorado and back, 2 weeks before I started that trip!
That'l be another new photo album when I get done with this one.

I'm excited and I forgot to put it but in the video it tells you how slick it is because you can see it go sideways but it's nothing to earn bragging rights for though. and yes we are very excited about moving to N.D.
