Holy Crap Doc! It's 5 in the morning and my mouth is fricken watering. Give me some details! Are those bacon wrapped jalapenos with cream cheese or something? And what is that last one? I can seriously smell and taste that one.

, first ones are jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese, chedder cheese, and italian sausage wrapped in bacon. Second one is pork loin with rub and a bacon weave (which fell apart from handling). Third is a pork chop pounded flat and filled with cream cheese, chedder, onions, garlic and roasted peppers (probably left something out cant remember). Last one is baby back ribs with chicken at the top of the pic...

Sorry for the drool....

Yesterday I hit the store and picked up some ribs, pork chops and jalapenos and plenty of bacon. Put the ribs in the smoker for the day and made up some of those jalapeno popper things and pounded out my pork chops and stuffed them full of goodies and grilled them. My wife comes home and says what should we do for supper? I said I have that all taken care of. She's like what? I said yeah, I was reading some posts on Diesel Bombers and got an urge. She gave me a funny look but it all turned out great!
She's starting to like DB's too.

Any good desserts?

Get a Bradley smoker (get the digital one). They go on sale at Canadian Tire and Princess Auto sometimes has them for a good price.

I would like a traditional Texas style pit smoker but cant get the wood out here.
