Well I have some concrete I want to paint all the slabs are outside rain,UV,snow..etc.

What is a good brand of paint to put down that will last a bit?
Knowing that paint will fade in time and chip.

 

Sherwin Williams sells a water based epoxy(single component),its pretty good for light traffic(no tire tracks), self priming, but you must put two coats on for the film build. This product will not take tire tracks! If your gona drive on it, SW has a HD 66% solids, and a 100% solids, user friendly, preparation is the key.

 

Why not stain it?

 

whatever you use just make sure to use some acid to etch the concrete if it is smooth.
