Just gotta ask Who else fft themselves up on the 4th
Like it says,/////////am I the only idiot that messed themselves up on the 4th, the bad thing is there was NO alcohol involved.
We always have a awsome fireworks display that we set up, mostly 3" mortars with some box stuff, generaraly around 500 shots going up, its awsome, everything fused together so lite one fuse and stand back and watch, goes for about 30 to 40 minutes constant,,,,,Anyway it was a light rain and the grass was wet which was perfect to prevent any fire dangers, we set these up behind a pool hill and fence for safety, we have like 50 people there every yrar plus about 20 car stopped on the highway to watch/Johnny law loves that because these types are not axactly legal in MD. but everyone has them but we just have a little more..............Anyway remember these were on the backside of a hill....remember it was a light rain........which was putting the "water proof" fuse out...........so I had to go back and relite several times..........like my name says, Im big..6'5'' and 350lbs, picture a pro football player// with old Docksiders on,wet grass, hill,,,OH CRAP,,,left foot went out in front of me and I folded my right legg under me letts just say that my fibula didn't like it, it snapped under the pressure, also all the tendons that are supposed to hold your ankle together didn't like it either// so I go under the knife on Monday to put the tendons back and a piece of titanium with screws to hold the bone back together, so in 6-8 weeks I will be almost good as new,,,So was anyone as dumb as me?? I hope not, just had to get this out of my system because all i can do now is sit on the computer gettin info so I can get to work when I get healed up. Have a good one: Bob

Well I had surgery yesterday and all went well, when I did this it was the most pain I've felt and at 44 years old I've felt plenty, but this was the closest I have ever come to passing out, and I knew I was on the fringe of shock so I made sure others knew what to do but after about 10 minutes I was coming out of it to where I was feeling normal but just hurting.. Take care of that knee..
