Went and made some grilled chicken using Rick's Chicken Lickin rub and it was really quite tasty!!

The prep, 3 chicken breasts & a pile of chicken strips, washed/dried and then coated with EVOO and a nice coat of Rick's Chicken Lickin on both sides


The Chicken turned out really tasty, was a tad dry but that's my fault for leaving the fingers on a tad to long. Both the Mrs and the kids liked the rub, but think some kind of BBQ sauce would have gone really well with it (again cuz the chicken was a tad dry) and that wile the rub was peppery it was not overpowering or two spicy....

Had the Chicken with Bush baked beans and was really tasty, did not take time to pose for a plated dinner picture, but did take a couple pictures of the chicken.

We like to use Grill Mates "Kickin Chicken".
