Default mmmm..... Ribs....
Going on the 3rd day of rain so I cant cook on the grill `and my ribs are just sitting in the fridge so I'm gonna do this rack in the oven.

Man thats one slab of meat!

coat the bottom in salt,

And toss it in the oven on 250* for 4 or 5 hours, thats it! I'll put up some pics when they are done! Real easy!

I was just gonna ask how the smell is 2 1/2 hours in? Should be smelling pretty good. I just did ribs last night Enjoy'em Dude
