Out of sheer boredom I figured I'd start a thread asking what everyone wears for shades. So whatdya folks prefer? Maui Jims are my brand.

I have a pair of Oakley flakjakets, I think thats what model they are, but they definately alot better than the old $3-$12 throw aways.

 

I like the old 3-12 throw aways .. cuz if im not lossing them im braking them

 

IDK what brand they are, but I can change out to 4 different sets of lenses (clear, yellow, red, and dark tint). Got em from Scheels.

 

rayban would be the only brand to get those in

 

i got some cheap prescription aviators drom lenscrafters. im blind as a bat so wearing those makes me look cooler than my crappy cheap glasses

 

Depends on situation.

In uniform, I wear a cheaper pair of Tommy Hilfigers, black. Not because I care about the brand, but because I was in a tight spot and they looked good, but still offered UV protection (hugely important - my dad just had cateract surgery because he didn't protect his eyes when he was younger and did a lot of flying).

Out of uniform, I like rayban, arnets, and spy.

For fishing, I have a cheapo pair of polarized shades that aren't ugly. I bought them in Alaska for $20.

 

i dont think they're raybans...got em from the tamarack rest area in West Virginia , they're pretty nice
