I've know this girl since high school. in the last few months we've really been getting to know each other. I'm really starting to fall for her, the hardest i've ever fallen.

I am absolutely crazy for her. I get that deep down feeling inside that i've never gotten before. I've had only a few girlfriends in my short life (19) they kinda came onto me so it was easy to ask them out for the first time. This girl is different, i'm having to chase her, which i'm not very good at. She has a class before mine and I bring her coffee once or twice a week.

We've hung out a few times, we have a convertsation everyday. I can keep a conversation going with her. My problem is when i get the nerve to ask her out. I get it all thought out in my head, say it a couple times but all that comes out is "have a good one" or "see yah later"

Its really starting to effect me. I can't do anything without her on my mind. Anyone ever have this problem or am I just an idiot?

The worst thing that could happen is she'll say "no". Now, put on your big girl panties and ask her out. You'll never know 'what might have been' if you don't take that first step.

 

If you're of the mindset and condition that you're nervous to "ask her out", then your convictions to do so are superficial, and are most likely to fail. If they don't fail, then upon their culmination you'll realize that all of your feelings towards her were superficial. They are, due to your immaturity.

There is something genuine that you feel about her, but your current infatuation is keeping you from seeing it. When you come to honor and realize those feelings, the anxiety is replaced with a natural, clear, lucid, satisfying urge, and asking her out is no longer victim to a second thought.

That's usually where she becomes a Jesus-freak lesbian and shuns you, or delivers a restraining order. And those genuine feelings replete of any equivocations are infinitely harder to abandon than the meaningless, effortless words you now speak to your pillow at night while imagining that it is her.

So it's best to just listen to some female vocalists and become addicted to pornography. I recommend Sarah McLachlan.
