Default Question About Copying Videos

I have all kinds of VCR and DVD How To videos that I've gathered through the years for truck and tractor fix it jobs, how can I copy these things all onto a few DVD's to condense the library and maybe even share a little info with my brother truck jockey's.

The easiest way would be to beg, steal, or borrow one of those VCR/DVD Burners deals.

dvds you can just 'dub' on the computer, the vcr to dvd is a little harder, you need an input device and you have to do it in real time

So if a guy had one of these machines to copy it all onto DVD could it be viewable on the puter also. That's my final goal is to get everything viewable on the puter so I can take the laptop out to the project.

Should work...although I have not personally done it.

Notwe, some of these machines are just Video/DVD players. I dont think they all will record on DVDs.
