Now this is thinking!

Among the ideas: instead of spending $16,000 to hire a contractor to build a conveyor belt for delivering bins of parts to a section of the assembly line, workers designed and installed their own, for $700.

As of 2003 Toyotas and Lexuses became unreliable CRAP. They started by moving the Toyota Corolla manufacturing and assembly lines to Turkey and The Great Britiain!

Biggest recalls of 2003 were Toyota Corollas and Toyota Avensis. 2004 the same 2005 were Ford Escapes 2006 were Toyota Hilux and Corollas, 2007 had BMW 320d, Ford Trucks and Toyota Priuses and 2008 had Dodge Ram & Ford F- SERIES..

This is not good for Toyota as they used to make reliable & long-lasting cars.
