DeWalt 18v batteries?

I dont think it would work - looks like a different shape - plus the charger wouldnt work either. If you are buying 2 new batteries plus a charger - youy may as well buy a whole new drill.
Are your batteries the regular ones or the XRP's?? You might be able to get away with the XRP's.

Isn't that the truth. I just did that not to long ago I needed a couple new batteries and they wanted $119.00 for 2. I found a really sweet right angle 18v drill with 2 batteries and charger on sale for $159.00. I figured that drill was worth having for 40 bucks It comes in handy

I have several Dewalts, both regular and xrp's and we mix the batteries up all the time, so I would think if it's interchangeable with the xrp you should be fine with regular ones too.
