Default have you ever had a FBI badge thrown in your face?

Well as the title says, Sat morning I was pulling out of wal mart and this mini van pulls out ahead of me so I am following it and the driver is what looks to be merging into the right lane from the left so I pull up close, in the left lane to pass when all of a sudden she pulls back into the left lane and I had to slam on the brakes, no problem I check the right lane and merge over to pass. When I get along side of her she looks over at me flips me off and throws something at my truck. That pisses me off so I pull in front of her and put on the brakes and motion for her to pull over. We pull over and I get out as she does, she is cussing me up and down and pulls a badge so I look at it and it says FBI like I am supposed to be intimidated. I am hot at this point And yell back at her about throwing something at my truck, and she is still cussing, yelling at me for driving reckless when she was the one driving all over the road. She says I am going to call the police so I tell her to go ahead and call them so I can tell them what kind of idiot reckless drivers the government is hiring these days. Well she didn't call the and goes stomping back top her mini van and walks into her opened door. When I pulled away I told my buddy I never have been tempted to hit a women before today. Any way I got a close look at a FBI badge.

Are you sure it was real? If it was, a badge does not give her the right to drive like a dummy.

that badge was fake!
why would any member of the FBI draw attention to them selves?
the badge was probably kids toy from the back seat they left around

if it was real she would have conducted her self in a more orderly fashion

I had something like that happen to me. I was in Charlotte NC on I-77 and I come rolling around the corner up against the wall and there is a slow crown vic. Next thing I know there is all these hide aways flashing in the back, but no blues. I was a fire fighter at that time and knew better. I whipped over to the right of him and pulled up beside him and he was wearing a suit and he sounded a horn a couple of times and flashed a badge, that really didn't look right. So I hit the throttle and got in front of him and hit my hide away light switch and hauled rear. I also called 911 and kept going he tried to ride my butt, but never cut on the lights or anything. While I was on the phone with 911 they told me that there was a person that had been reported as impersonating an officer and not to stop until I was being pulled by a marked cruiser, and at that point we were doing speeds of 90 - 95. Well of course he hit an exit, and I never even saw the first cruiser and they had a complete description of my truck. Not even a call back to make sure I was ok.

Just watch out for that crap, it is getting worse.

Had a similar one happen to me. I was driving in downtown houston though with block to block redlights.

After making some diversionary (sp) turns that he followed by cutting off traffic; he pulled up next to me. At that point I could see the car had alloy wheels and no laptop mounted in it.

Then he proceeded to pull a revolver on me and tell me to stop under the authority of the Houston police. At this point I knew it was BS. I hadn't done anything crazy so he had no grounds to pull a weapon.

By this time my 357 sig was in my lap. But even better was that the truck had been slid into 4WD as I had rolled to the light.

He was on my right and I pulled a 4WD boosted launch and then procedded to shave him off on a light pole.

When he hit the brake, I made a couple quick turns and blasted down some not so smooth side streets at well over double the posted speed.

I was down there working and some friends had warned me of "cool" vehicles getting pulled over by unmarked cars and then getting jacked.

That what I was thinking I was not sure if the badge was real it really did not matter to me if it was real she wasn't intimidating me like I think she was hoping for, she kept saying I'll call the police and I kept saying go ahead. I sure hope that the FBI would not hire a like that but then again i have a feeling that they would.

Funny thing is all agencies Hate off duty incidents!!...

If she was in fact FBI then she must have been new and trying to show off the badge... Worst thing an off duty officer can do is get into an off duty incident.. they are frowned upon by the department, you have no backup and usually limited ammunition.. Not to mention that if the police did come she probably would have been looking at disciplinary action by her dept for even getting involved..

Sad part is if she was in fact FBI and you hit her after she identified herself she would get a few days off.. you would be doing federal time..
