I'm headed down to San Diego this friday for 10 days of R and R. I'm not sure what we have on the books yet but there may be a need for some diesel and some beers!

Well, that's too bad. I was hoping to maybe touch base, shoot the **** as it were and that sort of thing. But don't worry I'll find something else to do instead.

 

I'm back I'm sure you didn't miss me! LOL.

The weather down there was great until last Sunday and Monday. It was raining like no bodies business. Flights were delayed for 2 hours, not fun since the airport sucks.

Anyway, I highly recommend the USS Midway tour and the museums as well. There was plenty to see and do but after 11 days I'm glad to be home in the snow.

We had 16" at my place and it was -11 yesterday. No snow yesterday but it is snowing now with another 4" expected. It is only -2 this morning. I love winter, expect when the truck doesn't start.
