I have been using it for a bit now at 25% but the offer is now at 30%.... up to 200 off a single item, could be as high as 250 . sooooooo I will try to help guide you all through it and help a brother out. The money off comes in the form of a rebate, 60 days from purchase. The offer is through Microsoft, and there are guidelines to follow. basically you sign in to live.com , using your mslive account info, msn chat, xbox360 sign in account..... or sign up for one and use it. Search for what you want, and the first result comes back much like a google search result, but the first link is usually a link to ebay, click on there and refine your search. May take some doing and finness but when you do narrow it down and find your item you need to pay for it through the buy it now option, and pay for it via paypal. only other trick is you need to complete the payment within an hour of doing the live search, so if it takes you a while to find what you want, you may want to start over top make sure you are covered. the search is not the best and is very broad in its results, so fine tuning needs to be done, but hey, 30% is worth it in my opinion.I kknow this is a long post but bear with me... unless you want to pay full price for stuff..... Lets for example look for a brand new cp3, best you can find is 800 bux, payin 600 sounds a lot better no? let me get a few links here for all.

some searches are not quite as easy and you are welcome to try simply using the live search for a cp3 typed in the field, ya got to spend a bit of time, work it, and find what you want.


or how's this, how bout an airdog setup for 350 bux? search pump, click ebay link, put airdog in front of pump, search ebay and bam, airdog shows up for 499, - 30 % 350 bux, shipped !

great way to save on 90 hp nozzles, other somewhat high priced things in these tough times. or heck, search for something Non diesel related and save on gifts as well......

Is there a way to know for sure you are getting the 30% off. At the top of the ebay screen I see Microsoft cashback 30% icon slightly left of center and the link take me too a "Your participation in the Microsoft Live Search cashback program" page. I didn't see anything that says for sure this item is eligible or about it being 30% off.

 

So how long does it take to get yer 30% back????

 

60 days for the money to come back, as for knowing if it for sure eligible for the 30 % as long as you have a windows live id, and used the live search to get you to ebay.. you should be good. so far today I am gettin 165 back on a tv purchase, 180 off of a laptop......... if I had brains I would snag an airdog for 350, and 90 hp tips for 700 after cashback.........

I've been using this also - I scored $95 off an awesome deal on a dvd camcorder, I got the top of the line sony for $270 after it was all said and done. I just bought a mustang seat for my dad's bike and saved $117.50 off a $400 seat - this is just too easy

 

So, have you actually gotten rebates in the past? If not it's just a pipe dream.

 

I have 6 "pending " rebates, all emails from the program come within a few hours of the transaction, and from what they say, I will e getting the money deposited into my paypal account 60 days after each transaction...... to be used to pay for things, or I can request the money sent to me/ to my bank account.
