I have to agree that this album sucks, I spent all last weekend doing renovations on a house of mine and the damn radio station had a damn Guns n Roses fest or something on and listening to the new stuff mixed in with all the old stuff really makes most of these new songs seem even worse than they already were.....TIME TO RETIRE the songwriting Axle!!!! -

It's a decent rock album, just not a decent GNR rock album.

Unfortunately the real GNR died in the mid 90's....to call new "band" GNR is like considering the new Chevy Impala a musclecar....same name, but that's about it.

Velvet Revolver was more GNR than the new GNR is....but they're dying as well.

Duff McKeagan's new band Loaded is pretty good. Going to see them on Dec 12th with Saliva and Jet Black Stare @ a local Seattle club. Will report back on how it goes.

None. Its as pointless as every single post in this thread. As pointless as your own. Opinions are opinions and are therefore pointless to anybody else no matter how elitest one wants to appear. Since others were chiming in with their opinions I figured I could too. Furthermore I felt the urge to stir the pot because of some people's devotion to old bands that, while some may have been good, were around many years ago. and yet they still have the feeling of "OMG BEST BAND OF ALL TIME! NO ONE COMES CLOSE!"
