I've done that before. I was boxed in while parallel parked.
When I parked there was no one in front. Just a car in back.
When I returned, the same car was in back but there was now
a car in front. Right in front. Hooray for big truck bumpers.
I hope I busted the park pin too on that POS rice car.

No kidding eh?
I couldn't imagine having to put up with that.
I don't think any Canadian city is like that.
There's only two other cities I can think of that
could be like that, Toronto and Montreal.

that stuff doesn't happen around here, for one we're pretty spread out so there's lots of room but mainly, I'm in a gigantic ag community and people KNOW they'd get their car smashed, run over and broken into! then when the aggressor's vehicle left, the local 'immigrants' (the ones that don't work and collect public assistance) would strip the car and leave it on blocks.

To put it into the words of one of my best friends,

Some people are of a different breed believing that they own the world and everything in it, they think that it is Their world and that everyone else is just taking up space in their world. but, take heart, they will be repaid in time for their actions, their is truth in the phrase, "What Goes around, Comes around"!!!
