Default New Shop...

Ok, anybody got any comments about the "Size" shop I will need? I am putting one up at the house to do my own upgrades, store Mrs, BigDaddy's Holiday Decorations, Lawn Equipment, do the occasional work on a friends truck.....
this is the building I am looking at, and I am considering a 20X26 with a concrete floor.
Any comments???

i think i would go at least 30x30 and a 14ft door like on big rig shops that way lifted trucks wont be a problem and you will have ALOT of room for the mrs stuff and your important stuff ie trucks, truck parts, lawn mower, tools and more truck parts

10-4, I was not exactly thinking about the lifted trucks...
But, you are right about one thing, after the Mrs. gets a hold on the storage idea, I may not have NEAR the room I thought I would

Well, for 20X26 a place nearby said $1450 but for 30X30, I am guessing about $2000...
Sound about right???

taller with loft style storage as an option, or a furnished appartment up there to draw income.
