what the computer?
you can try a system restore.... but that rarely helps. but sometimes it'll allow you to load a program and run it. also if you can download the program re start the comp in safe mode and try scanning it then. maybe that'll work there is another one that should zap dang near everything you don't want on there but i'm leary telling people about it cause it'll screw some stuff up if done improperly...... and i can't remember the name of it right off hand....

yea, the computer wont' do anything at all now...it just starts up. I did a system restore but nothing now.

I wish I could use that benjamin, but I can't even get firefox or anything to open, all it will do is power on and come up to the main screen. I'm looking on how to restore factory settings(like the day I bought it) I know I'll lose everything, but w/e.
