have you got the restore cds?

you should be able to restore it with discs and save most of the info saved on it

what's gonna happen?

Did it get worse after you did the restore point?
If it did the virus is infected all over your computer including your restore app.
The only way to get rid of it is to reboot your computer.
Tell me all the specs of your computer and I'll find everything you need to do this.
You will lose everything on your computer files and applications.
I will see if I can find a way for you to retrieve your important files so you can back them up on a CD before you reboot.

Start it up in safe mode then shut off all xtra programs that start when the system boots
