You just have hope you can make nice with the dozer operator.

 

I left a bone collectors truck on a 6' tall berm when he left his truck in the cut. I told him not to go far and I even sent the foremen looking for when it was only 3'. He was a dumb *** though went walking around one of the dirt piles we where loading out of. The hoe operator came so close to him he knocked his hardhat off because the guy left his safety flagpole on the other side of the pile.
