Default Cooking 101...

Im cooking this elk rump roast and need some new ideas.......... Come on show me your hungry..I also have a really good cookie recipe i made last night...... There really good. and easy......heres goes these are called mike-likes. or i guess it could be anyones name....
1/2 c butter
1 1/2 c brown sugar
2 eggs un beaten
1 tsp of salt
2 cup crisp breakfast cereal.. i used rice crispies..
1 1/4 c veg shortening
1/2 c white sugar
2 cups of flour
1/2 tsp of baking powder
2 cups of rolled oats.
11/4 c of shredded coconut
1/2 tsp vanilla

Cream the butter, shortening and sugars.. add eggs.. sift flour...baking soda powder and salt adn mix in . add rolled oats cereal and coconut and vanilla
drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookkie sheet and bake 12-15 mins depending the size.. @ 375. Degree F.
Let them cool or they fall apart.

Havent tried to marinate it yet ,its been realy good...without it.. yest was shot this spring in the spring in grand forks area. Gotta a recipe?
I have a some steaks i could pull out... -

I Had A Big Game Meat Recipe Website.. Was Unreal - Didn't Have Enough Time To Make All The Ones That Sounded Good..

I Will Look At The Print Out When i Get Home And Give You The www.

If You Ever Chose To Marinate Big Game Meat - Add Some Meat Tenderizer & Some Apple Cider Vinegar. They Both Soften The Mean & Create A Nice Apple Hint.. -
