yes phil it was from the 90, it fit well, though if i could have changed anything i would have figured out how to make some mounting brackets for the box as it didnt like staying in one spot with my driving habits.

yes, it goes behind the seat. the amp on the other hand, can go a few places, though if i could do it all over again id build an upright mount for it behind the seat- -
