my mom got the mortgage in her name i do not own ne part of it, i pay the morgage and that is all i look at it as rent. if she would have stayed 5 years then the house would have been passed to us but she left after a year and a half.

do i look like someone who should pay to give these useless c**ts a free ride so they don't have to work for ne thing and just take advantage of guys like me who bust there ass to move up in the world just to be brought back down by these bitches.

wtf is wrong with ppl they want everthing given to them the don't want to work for nething i couldn't live like that. i don't owe anyone for where i am at in my life except for my mom she has always been behind me and helped me through the tough stuff but as far as work goes if i want it i work for it.


the new job is fricken awesome a dream job benifits are wicked and it is a new shop and we are growing and i am in a good position to move up fast.

that part of my life is going awesome but this whole i want money from you and i don't deserve it kind of sh*T is starting to wear thin.

there is a reason i safe-gard myself from this shit but it sure don't stop em from asking

thats right by 10 this morning i have 2 large companies fighting over me. and my customers called and told me that they won't bring any more work to them for the trailer shop.

Why is it that a person like myself who is 30 years old and no diploma has to constantly bust his ass to get anywhere in life? Weather it be for some small company who likes the way you work and tells you his dreams for you in his company so you work 10 times harder just to help them come true. Just to find out that he is going to hire one of there relitives (who have had every priveligde with out working for it) into the position that was promised to you.

this has happened to me to many fricken time and i am sick of it. I may not have the education but i learn on the joband i learn damn fast. i always am the first there in the morning and am always asking for OT if there is any. I know i have helped to make these asshole richer and all i am asking for is a little respect.

which i get until some F**K BALL relitive starts to feel threatened by my presence and makes it impossible for me to be happy doing the job that i so loved to do because it was fun.

I have busted my butt at this company for over 2 years i went from knowing nothing about trailers to being called on of the best in the bussiness by manufacturers and customers alike. i beat out the only compition ( who is related to the owner) because i "know my s**t" but now the owner is on holidays and is unable to be reached. and this F**K BALL is sabatoging me in every way shape and form, making me look like a fool to my customers because i can't make the deadlines the set out for me.

Because of this asshole my monthly gross went from 75k-100k down to maybe 40k.

AND I LOOK LIKE THE CLOWN BECAUSE OF IT.

i cant fire the prick cuz he has been there longer and i know that blood will always overcome an outsider.

I AM F**KED NO MATER WHAT.
