Hey Bombers, Got a PowerStoke?

Intercooler boots blowing off?

Intercooler and intake system contaminated with oil residue?

Look no further, once again the "Innovators of Diesel Technology" have your fix!

BD’s new Crank Case Vent Filter Kit for Ford 6.0 and 7.3-liter Power Stroke applications reduces oil vapor that passes through the crankcase vent and eventually contaminates the intake system. Left unchecked, oil residue will reduce intercooler efficiency, and will also deteriorate the silicone boots—causing them to balloon and blow off. BD’s Crank Case Vent Filter Kit prevents all of these issues, and includes everything you need for a professional installation, including all hardware and clamps. Installation time takes just two hours—call and order yours today!

*Be the first to have a BD Crank Case Ventilation kit installed, we are giving one away in a random draw to be held March 31st 2008.

Not a lot of attention to this product yet... it will catch on as the word gets out how well it works. Most guys do not even realize whats causing most of their intercooler and boot issues. -

I have been needing to do this for a while -- and will definately do it when I get new boots -- good thing is now days the boots aren't affected by the residue (non-silicone boots)

looks nice to have a pre-made kit -- does this kit trap the residue in that canister? (as opposed to venting out a hose/etc. like the easiest DIY kits)

wow -- just saw the price!!! may I ask what makes the price so high?? -

I get quite a few calls for intercooler boots, even on the 6.0L's not sure if it is all related to residue or not... not sure why we do not offer a boot kit, other than for the Cummins either? It is not only the boots that get effected by the residue though.

It does trap the residue in the canister opposed to venting to atmosphere, our CCV kits cost more than some conventional set ups that guys are using to address these issues but for quality, fit and finish with out having to vent to atmosphere the price is, IMO good value, and don't forget I do offer Forum member discounts... -
