Bomb 2nd & 3rd Gen Extended Control Arms

After seeing a few on here interested in extended control arms, I decided to go ahead and start taking orders for members here.

I will be building these out of 1.50" ID - 1.75" OD .120" wall DOM tubing.

Now there will be a couple of options.

Length: I will build these in both upper and lower extended arms or just lower extended arms for people who want beef arms for their lifted trucks. You provide me with the measurements and I'll build them to suit.

Joints: Ballistic Joints from Ballistic Fab 2.63" Heavy Duty Ballistic Joint I recommend these over using bushings

Bushings: Ballistic Bushings from Ballistic Fab Ballistic Poly Bushing 2.63" w/ weldable housing

Paint: I can send these out bare metal, primer, any spray can color & clear that you want, and Rustolem Hammered Paint (I use this on my crawlers exo cage and it is nice stuff, has a powdercoating look).

Powdercoat: I have access to a local powdercoating shop so this is also an option for the guys that want bling.

Adjustable Arms: I can make these adjustable for anyone who needs them. I'll be using Ballistic thread adapters and studded joints or bushings Forged Chromoly 2.63" Ballistic Joint
Ballistic Forged Poly Bushing 2.63"

Pricing is NOT set in stone yet because it varies depending on what type of joints, paint, or powdercoat that people want.

So I'm asking that the people interested leave a reply in this thread or pm me with the measurements & options they want and I will get quotes out to you.

Tyler

how about a price on a set of un-painted ajustable lower's with the ballistic joint's.i just need to have it 1/2" longer then stock.maybe a fixed joint on one side to keep the cost down a bit.it wouldn't bother me to un-bolt to lengthen it.

I'd be interested in a complete set - uppers/lowers, 1/2" longer than stock with the ballistic joints, bare.

A full set of 4 arms with adjustable lowers/fixed uppers or just a set of 2 arms (lowers adj.) ?

Correct

I'm not sure, if you could measure your joints width and arm length eye to eye (3rd gen) that would be great. These will be built to suit, you provide measurements, I'll build it.

Would you measure your joints width and arm length eye to eye for me (stock control arms) so I have something to go off of? This is for a 2nd gen I'm assuming?

i just have a 2" leveling kit and was under the impression, just the lower's needed to be longer.i'll take a price on a set of adjustable lower's by themselve's and a price with fixed upper's.
i'd like to do all 4 at once, but really have no idea what your looking to charge.

If you want to push your front axle forward, you'll need both uppers and lowers extended, if just the lower is extended, then it will just rotate your pinion down.

Let me work you a quote right now.

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

OK I have a basic pricing set up for a bare set of 4 control arms.

Adjustable lowers/Fixed uppers using Ballistic Joints
$500.00

Fixed lowers/Fixed uppers using Ballistic Joints
$450.00

Prices can go up or down depending if someone wants adjustable uppers AND lowers, or want to use Ballistic Bushings instead of the Ballistic Joints.

Thanks for the interest

No pics of the arms with Ballistic Joints. I can probably find some on my photobucket of my arms I've built for my Dodge that had just bushings. When I get home I'll post some pics of my control arms on my Dodge truggy, basically the same thing but in a long arm.
