driver side speakers off and on

Well i have a 99 cummins with the speaker on the piller. since i got the truck all the driver side speakers work some times and not others. i had a shop put a new CD player in my truck thinking maybe it was the head unit and it still does it does anyone know what the prob might be? -

Could be a loose wire on the speaker, or maybe a bad connection on the speaker. -

The infinity amp mounted on the speaker in the front door is going out, I have the same thing going on in My 99 right now. -

does the back speaker and the tweeter on the piller not working also? -
