There is a 10K mod that will raise your injection oil pressure. This results in more fuel being injected. Try googling 10K mod. -

Do it yourself intake kit. About $50. (or so) A little scrap of 4" tubing and a napa 6637 filter. It is comparable to a afe kit as to cfm of air flowed.
If a chip is in the future do your gauges, exhaust and intake.

I got my MBRP 4" turbo back kit for $300 shipped.
about $200 for gauges and tri-pod.
Then 50 for intake. -

here is a link for a good way to do the 10k mod. gains up to around 30hp have been seen on the dyno using this method, but you gotta play with different resistor setups to find what your truck likes the most. also the temps can get warm with this mod so its ok to run it just take it out to tow and don't keep your foot in it toooo long. LoL tons of pm's on my 10k - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums

you can also shim the FPR(fuel pressure regulator), mod the IDM(super duty IDM or upgrade yours to 140v), HPX line(around 30 bucks from tymar), exhaust, guages, shift kit(you can do one yourself. if i can find the post i will post a link. if interested get on ford-trucks and pm coonhunterjoe.), tranny cooler(6.0 tranny cooler or tru cool), the list goes on and on!!!! -
