Default Question for someone with a Co-Pilot

Do any of the lights flash when you turn the key on but don't start the truck?

No I do not have any lights flash when I turn the key on. The only light that will come on is the blue light that I have the speed set on for the converter to lock up.

Good luck man my ats trans and copilot have made my truck a giant paper weight till ats figures out the adaptive tcm bs. Hope your truck reacts to your new goodies better than mine. Personally I wouldn't hook up the co-pilot till they have a fix for the problems.

SugarBear what exactly is going on with yours? I got the tran billet input shaft billet flex plate and co pilot. had on the road 6 days and smoked the trans I think waiting to call ATS this morning when they open. Shifts 1 threw 4th then neutral instead of fifth coasts to a stop down shifts to first and stays there if you shut it off and restart will shift threw 4th again and do the same. Lots of money down the drain real unhappy right now hope they make this right Quickly.

Pretty much the same thing does some crazy shifts and will not go into 5th 6th does the first to fourth shift. I had an ats dealer install it so ats has been very good to me I'm actually on my third ats trans in three months. They are trying to get the co-pilot to work with all Chrysler flashes. Ats is working very hard to get everything working. try unhooking your co-pilot and hook up the stock harness and leave your batteries unhooked over night. This is the first thing they will have you do. Hopefully your trans isn't to far gone. Best of luck to you man. keep on them multiple times a day they are very busy

Wow third one holy crap. I live in SW FL there was no dealer with in 1500 miles so I had a local shop put it in they ripped me $2000 to do it. The warranty says if ATS dealer don't put it in I eat the R&R and shipping if it fails. The tran is smoked so I yanked it out my self yesterday in my drive way took me 3 hours with a friend helping used a floor jack and some 2x4's. Can't afford to have someone else do it again. Jeff at ATS said they will pay the shipping and maybe help with labor cost after we get done. I probably got 6 or 700 HP why would they keep selling these and not even tell us there's a problem and to baby it till the problems were solved? I don't want to spend the rest of my life R&Ring transmissions.

Ok cool I'll let you know how mine goes too I sent back the co pilot with the trans and they are sending a new updated one I guess we are the test pilots for the new co pilots. They said they should have my trans and stuff to me next week so I hope to have mine back together end of next week. I only have my truck and a Harley and it rains everyday here this time of year. What you got done to your truck? How much HP you think you got? What they charging to r&r the tran where your at?

I have everything in my sig and just put on the 3rd gen mani and sb66. Im guessin im around 450hp. R&r is free, this is costing ats the money to fix me from shipping and the bill the shop sends them to install it. I was going to install it the first time but after reading thier warrenty disclaimer I decided I would have an ats dealer shop install it all. I am just hoping When I pick it up monday it works right!
